At Elite Endurance Training, we provide training programs for individuals that are serious and committed about making the changes that are necessary to
improve their physical appearance and overall fitness. Our programs also provide diet guidelines, which will help you, get on the right track along with your
work-outs. Our AMFT certified personal trainers are capable of training you at any location that is convenient for you. At EET, we like for our clients to feel
comfortable about their training, so if we have to train you at your home, work-out facility at your apartment complex, or at a gym in your office building. We

Programs For Athletes
Every athlete knows that success and recognition in athletic competition doesn't just happen. They are the result of an honest
commitment to excellence and hard work. Improvements in athletic ability can often make the difference between success and
failure.
Our training programs are complex and systematic. They bring together the key components of improved speed, agility and
overall athletic performance. Throughout the training period, specific attention is given to sprint mechanics, neuromuscular
coordination, anaerobic & aerobic conditioning and muscle physiology, all for the specific purpose of improving every athlete's
performance.
It is often a fact that most athletes really don't get exposed to proper training until high school, and sometimes as late as college.
Another fact is that most parent do not have the time or the experience to help their young athletes achieve this goal, but they still
want to see their child be the best athlete they can be.
Through specialized training and modifications written into each protocol, we can help an athletes achieve this milestone. Our
trainers have the ability to modify each workout for each athlete. This flexibility provides a truly individualized Program for every
athlete as they work towards maximizing their athletic potential.
Our training programs focus on the following areas:

Our training programs are designed for 8 to 10 weeks, so we will begin training on the first weekend in May thru July. Training will
last for two hours, two days during the week and on Saturdays. We can schedule a morning, afternoon or evening session.
